UNEXPECTED BATTLES

Mostly Our life is Full of Unexpected Moments, and Battles. We love Living as Easy and Blessed Life, for that We are always Ready to do whatever it Cost. When we come Face to face with the Battle that weren't ment to be Fought by us, it usually Makes us Feel Helpless and which shakes the foundation of our Faith, in those moments we try to Take the matter in our Own Hands thinking that we can Fix it, Handle it, Proving our Own Strength But the Battle belongs to God. When we look In the Bible The book of Exodus shares a story
Of Moses, Moses was appointed by God to Deliver the People of Israel (Slaves in the hands of Egyptian Pharaoh) from the Pharaoh of Egypt. "Exodus 14: 10- When Pharaoh drew near, the people of Israel lifted up their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them, and they feared greatly. And the people of Israel cried out to the Lord."
When the Trails and Trouble Comes in our Way, We obviously Cry out for help, A help from Lord or a Help from People. God never put his People in trouble or Trails, because of their Sin or Unfaithfulness but the Battle were meant to build us in Righteousness. When Israelites Found themselves in a Great Trouble, the First thing they chose was to Complain and regret. "Exodus 14:11- They said to Moses, “Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What have you done to us in bringing us out of Egypt? "  In those situations of our life we get so used staying in darkness that even a small transformation distrub us. Satan don't want us to Change, he don't want us to Transform ourselves in Holiness of God, because transformation bring New life within us. The reason why we complain alot because we try to fight that Belongs to God, not knowing the purpose of our own life. Israelites Did the same, They complaint to moses Regarding there Situation, they were soo comfortable in slavery. God want us to Enjoy the Freedom which he has Promised us, He wanted the People of Israel to Enter the Promise land ......

THE HOLY SPIRIT

Recently I was studying about how does god works in our life? What kind of things does god what us to do? What are the things god gave us? Who is leading us? After the long study I came across a point where jesus christ tell us about holy spirit, about his work and about how does we receive holy spirit in our life.

So let as have a look, that what does the holy spirit meant to us.

WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT ?
The spirit of our heavenly father and a Helper. The holy spirit is the divine author of the holy Scripture, who explains us the word of god as it is written 'for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hear he will speak'.

Bible tells more about who is the holy spirit and for what Jesus Christ has send him to us! As it is said 'nevertheless, I tell you the truth; it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you'. This words explains us that we need the holy spirit because we do not know for what we should pray for. We need to have the spirit of the truth.

JESUS PROMISE THE HOLY SPIRIT
Jesus promise us that he will give a holy spirit and the spirit of the truth!
As it is said 'and I will ask the father, and he will give you another helper, to be with you forever, even the spirit of truth. Whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you'. Jesus promised us that he will send the helper to us from whom we will understand the kingdom of god. Even we have to know that why do we need a spirit of truth? Bible says that 'When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come'.
 Now let us know,
The work of holy spirit?

CONVICT ( John 16:8 )

Jesus Christ clearly tells as that holy spirit will convict the world, as it is written 'And he will comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: concerning sin, because they do not believe me; concerning righteousness, because I go to the father, and you will see me no longer; concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged'.

The holy spirit will convict us, because we are unrighteousness and our life is still in sin, for those who believe him will earn the eternal life. The holy spirit will 'convict' the world by our sins. For not to find a guilty in the judgment of CHRIST, we have to know the truth and have to believe in him.

CONFIRM  ( ROM 8:14-16 )

The holy spirit gives us the confirmation that we are the child of god. As you look in bible it says 'for all who are led by the spirit of god are the sons of god. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, "ABBA! FATHER!" The spirit himself bears a witness with our spirit that we are children of God '.

As it is clearly said that all who are led by the God's spirit are the sons of God, jesus has given us the authority to call him ABBA! FATHER! until our life is not led by his spirit. There are many more words which gives us the confirmation that we are his child. Thought the spirit of god, Jesus explain us that who we are to him. As the becomes his son/daughter we have to dwell in his spirit.

CONFORM  ( Genesis 1:27 )

In the book of genesis, makes us explain that we are made in his image, we are made in his likeness. Holy spirit even gives us the conformation that we are created in his image.
'So God created man in his own image,
 In the image of god he created him;
Male are female he created them'.
Jesus Christ himself made us by his words and by his spirit. The scripture tells us that we were made for his glory. As god says that " you shall be holy, for I am holy" Jesus want us to be filled with his blessing, he want us to obey because he made us as he is.

There are few Promise's which Jesus made to us, the promise of giving a new heart and his spirit!

God says that he will put a new heart and a new spirit within you, and he will remove the heart of stone from the flesh and give a heart of flesh, and he will put his spirit within us so that we could walk in his statutes and be careful to obey his rules. Because we are made for his glory and we were made in his own image by his spirit he gave us the authority to call him ABBA! FATHER! as our heavenly father is holy, we need to be holy to get the new heart of flesh and his spirit of truth.

Jesus promise the holy spirit !
For it is written that he will ask the father and he will give us another helper, to be with us forever, even the spirit of truth, whom The world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. We know him, for he dwells with us and will be in us. This means that we are nothing without the help of the holy spirit. We need him because we do not know for what we have to pray? As Jesus says the helper, the holy spirit, whom the father will send in his name, he will "teach" us all the things and bring to our remembrance all that he have said to us.
The promise of new heart, The promise of his spirit and the promise of holy spirit.

After this all we came at the point that how important is to led our life by holy spirit, how important is to be in his spirit.
When you receive the holy spirit, you receive the love of God!

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT ?

- Repent and get Baptized
'And peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the holy spirit".

- Ask in Prayer
- Ask your heavenly father
There are many more ways to receive the holy spirit.

Expect God to keep working in your life!

SIN & REPENTANCE

As we last looked at how the HOLY SCRIPTURE (BIBLE) describes us about the HOLY SPIRIT and its work in our life. In this recent year, we have experienced major disasters across the globe. This major issue has grown on a larger scale, like earthquakes, pestilences, famines, flood and insect plagues have occurred frequently. this is a major point to discuss why we are going through this certain consequences in this year. this is all because our lives are more in sin than trusting in our heavenly Father.

Today we will be discussing about SIN from The Holy Bible,

WHAT IS SIN ?

The Holy Scripture (Bible) defines SIN, as a purposely disobedience of the Divine rules of God.                            "EVERYONE WHO MAKES A PRACTICE OF SINNING ALSO PRACTICES LAWLESSNESS; SIN IS LAWLESSNESS." (1 John 3:4) . In a simple words we can say that SIN is a word or deed or thought that is contrary to God's law.

FALLING IS SIN

The Holy Book of Genesis talks about The very first fall of Sin or the beginning of sin.

It says "FOR GOD KNOWS THAT WHEN YOU EAT OF IT YOUR  EYES WILL BE OPENED, AND YOU WILL BE LIKE GOD, KNOWING GOOD AND EVIL. SO WHEN THE WOMAN SAW THAT THE TREE WAS GOOD FOR FOOD, AND THAT IT WAS A DELIGHT TO THE EYES, AND THAT THE TREE WAS TO BE DESIRED TO MAKE ONE WISE, SHE TOOK OF ITS FRUIT AND ATE, AND SHE ALSO GAVE SOME TO HER HUSBAND WHO WAS WITH HER, AND HE ATE.THEN THE EYES OF BOTH WERE OPENED. AND THEY KNEW THAT THEY WERE NAKED. AND THEY SEWED FIG LEAVES TOGETHER AND MADE THEMSELVES LOINCLOTHS." (Genesis 3:5-7)

When Lord God commanded Adam and Eve, saying "you may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."  God strictly commanded them both not to disobey his commandment. But as the lust of having the fruit the woman took that and ate it and even gave it to her husband. mostly in our lives, we Sin and we make our relative, friends and family member to fall in sin with us. because Sin looks more Beautiful than truth. its very easy to fall in sin or make someone fall in Sin. we still sin in our day to day life thinking that we will be set free on the day of Judgment but God says that "for the wages of sin is death."

THE EFFECT OF SIN

When Lord God walked into garden of Eden, Lord God called to the men and said "Where are you?" and the men replied "I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself."  Sometimes we sin and try to run away from Gods presence and try to hide from his eyes. but we forget that Lord God is OMNIPRESENT which means God present everywhere at the same time. When God told Jona to go to Nineveh, he refused to go there at the first place, and tried to run away from his eyes. but God finally brought him the Nineveh City. in the same way Adam and Eve hide themselves from Lord God. when Lord God asked the men ;have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat? he relied "the woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate." then Lord God said the woman "what is this that you have done? The woman said "the serpent deceived me, and I ate." we have mostly experienced this in our lives, we don't accept our Sins and mistakes. we always try to blame our Sins and mistakes on others, saying that he/she made me fall in this. Remember that its not the person forcing you to fall in Sin its your lust working in you. After this all Lord God said to the woman (Eve) "I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children. your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you." And to Adam (Man) he said, "because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, 'you shall not eat of it.' cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life; thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you; and you shall eat plants of the field. by the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return." what we can see in this passage as the result of Sin is Blaming.

* SOME EFFECTS OF SIN IN BIBLE

1) Romans 5:12

2) Isaiah 59:2

3) Romans 3:23

*Not being thankful in everything (1 Thessalonians 5:20)

Quenches Holy spirit's, life becomes unfruitful, steals all the joy and peace, Unanswered prayers, takes away a ability to take responsibility for our own actions, effected the entire person, their body, soul, emotions and spirit. Has lost the purpose for which we were created.

CAN WE BE SET FREE FROM THE ORIGINAL SIN ?

Yes, The Holy Bible says that Jesus Died "as an atoning sacrifice for our Sins." "In the love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our Sins." (1 John 4:10) Jesus' sacrifice has free us from the effects of inherited sin and allow us to have what Adam and Eve lost the prospect of everlasting/eternal life.

WHAT DOES GOD DO WHEN WE SIN ?

God does not turn his back on us when we sin. He actively loves us and works in us to 'will and to act according to his good purpose."  The Holy Bible says in books of (1 John 2:12), (Romans 8:15-16), (Hebrews 12:10), (Titus 2:11), (Colossians 3:5-14), (Romans 8:28) and (Philippians 1:6) because Jesus Christ better Equips us to know what we should do when we Sin.

WHY DO I NEED TO REPENT FROM MY SIN?

"From that time on Jesus began to preach, 'Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is near." (Matthew 4:17) Jesus said, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near." the purpose, or goal, of repentance is to be able to embrace the reality of life in the kingdom. stopping sin in your life is a by product of repentance not the purpose or goal.

THE KEY POINT TO GET SALVATION IS TOO..

FORGIVE AND REPENT

CONCLUSION

We as a society are surrounded by sin on daily basis. it is impossible to walk down the street without witnessing some types of sins. When sinful actions become habits, people tend to view them as acceptable and normal. Remember that God said, "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God id eternal life Christ Jesus our Lord.

EXPECT GOD TO KEEP WORKING IN YOUR LIFE !

Amen

PRAYERS OF THE BELIEVER

Prayers of Believer

Things Change When We Human live our life According to our Will! Life is Easy when we Work with Christ. We all have a Different prospective when it comes to have faith in Christ, we believe that God provides us when we ask him, he Love us.

There are People with Different Believe, Finding the Truth of living. Jesus (As a Human) has a Godly prospective of looking at his creation Establishing the kingdom of god and having the eternal life and resurrection. He wants his creation to live by faith and have a prayerful life. But many times we don’t get answers of our prayer!! It’s obvious to have patience when we ask something in prayer. Having faith and waiting upon the lord is a part of a prayer life. But why don’t we receive our answers? Why doesn’t our situation change even after the years of prayers? Why do we pray? And what does it means to pray?

PRAYER – Prayer is the significant language of communication with god. It builds the relation of the humans with the god. Do you really think that God doesn’t know your needs, don’t he know that you are in trouble, can’t he see that his child is in the situation where he might end his life. In Jeremiah 29:11 says “for I know the plans I have for you,” declare the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. This verse emphasizes that God’s proactive and benevolent plan which he has for our lives; this shows that god is in control. In my opinion request, asking, answers, cry, talking, glorifying, authorities, complain, revelation, feelings and Praise can be called as PRAYER.

When we look at few Christian, we always see them asking to fulfill their needs in the prayer, asking him to provide them with those entire things which he has already promised us. When problem comes the best thing we can do is pray and ask god to help us. Pray that the truth brings you the comfort, Romans 8:26 describe how Holy Spirit helps believers in their weakness, specifically when they don’t know how to pray as they ought. It states that spirit intercedes for us with “groaning too deep for words,” means the spirit prays on our behalf with a depth and understanding. There are many examples in the bible which talks about Holy Spirit helping us in praying, few parable talks about how Jesus prayed to his heavenly father every day. Hebrews 5:7-8 says, “In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to him who was able to save him from the death, and he was heard because of his reverence. Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered,” We see that Jesus prayed over his situation. As a son of God do we really think Jesus should pray and ask his father for help? We know Jesus as the savior of this world, we read Jesus doing many miracles in his ministry. In the book Matthew we see Jesus praying on the mountain of Gethsemane asking his father to take away the cup of death from his life. ”And going little further he fell on his face and prayed, saying,” My father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will”. Prayer is the important aspect of Christian life. As believers we ought to trust Jesus and speak to him through prayers. What If we don’t know, what to pray and how to pray?

Here are few things that might help you to draw yourself closer to god in Prayer.

• Start your prayer with glorifying the name of God

• Asking your daily needs

• Ask for forgiveness

• Ask for protection from temptation

• Emphasizes praying with thanksgiving and presenting request to God in every situation (Philippians 4:-7)

How do I glorify the Name of god in my prayer?

The king David says in psalm “oh, magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together”. To encourage believers to exalt god’s name and to give him praise. (Psalm 69:30, Psalm 86:12, 1 Corinthians 13:15, Colossian 3:17) highlights the importance of praising God, Acknowledging his greatness, and seeking his Glory. Even there are many parables in the bible which shows us how glorifying the name of god can change the situations, heal people and break the bondages. Acts 16:25-40 is the greatest example, which shows us why it is important to praise him in every situation. Verse 25 says, “In midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to god, and the prisoners were listening to them”. We see here that Paul and Silas chose to sing hymns rather than complaining and blaming god for their situation, many times we are also in the same phase like them. But mostly we chose to complain, we chose to run away or find a way to get out of it. We cry loud, we get scared and sometimes chose a wrong path to deal with our problems. In verses 26 says, “Everyone’s bonds were unfastened”. Glorifying God brings deliverance, further in the parable we read that on the same hour of that night the jailer and his entire family took the baptism. In another parable we see how God delivered Daniel from the den of lions. “My lord sent his angles and shut the lions mouths, and they have not harmed me, because I was found blameless before him, and also before you..” its increasable that how god can save our lives when we don’t even deserve it. it’s all about choosing to do the right thing in the times off wilderness, if we chose to run away from the situations, or to complain about the timing or to blame god in your problem then we won’t be able to see his goodness. PRAYER AND PRAISE WILL MODIFY YOUR BELIEVE STANDERS.

Pray for your healing, pray for your provision, pray for your sickness, Pray to seek the kingdom of God, Pray to receive forgiveness, pray for the problems/challenges/temptation that you are facing and lastly pray for the kingdom of God to come in........

The CORE values of Christians life are to PRAYER, LOVE ONE ANOTHER AND THE HAVE FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST

“I’m praying for them, I’m not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours”. – John 17:9

A prayer of the believers can bring life, and also bring restoration. In these days we have lost our hope, faith and prayers. But god says “fight the good fight of the faith, take hold of the eternal life which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses”, remember We have to fight for our believe. Prayer is like a shield to us, which helps us to fight against the unclean spirit. Trust God’s timing, for he know when and how to deliver his child. We live the life which is called as Instant life, you ask and you get. It is hard for us to wait and have patience for things, bible tells us about many characters who waited for so long for their blessing. We cry and start blaming or stop praying if we don’t get the instant answer from God. Many of us are praying for their financial stability for the situation to change but as it is written in psalm 40:1-2 “I waited patiently for the lord, he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of mud and mire he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand” wait for God’s timing. Don’t make your heart the den of sin; it is easy to fall in temptation or to sin. We love praising the God, but sometimes we talk negative about ourselves, curse, and blame others with the same mouth we worship. Jesus says “my house shall be called the house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers”. As well as in the book of Matthew we see Jesus referring our heart as his temple, Jesus is trying to indicate us that we have made our heart unclean and unforgiving.

“Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I WILL DO IT” Says the LORD

Let your heart make this right choice, and seek god for his heavenly wisdom. Let us ask the power and the faith to live righteously and to bring his kingdom on this earth. Accept God to work in your life and always make the right choice, and Ask him for the Help!!!

AMEN

UNEXPECTED BATTLES

Mostly Our life is Full of Unexpected Moments, and Battles. We love Living as Easy and Blessed Life, for that We are always Ready to do what...
